JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Realization of the sales targets set in the subordinate area
  • Negotiating current contracts and developing cooperation
  • Market monitoring and active search for new customers
  • Regular presentations at clients’ premises
  • Caring for positive relationships with customers
  • Implementation of promotional and marketing activities together with clients
  • Taking care of the display of products at the point of sale
  • Building and strengthening the company’s image in the subordinate area
  • Preparation of commercial offers and their negotiations

UR EXPECTATIONS

  • Min. 2 years of experience in sales and training on the cosmetic or pharmaceutical market
  • Higher education in cosmetology is welcome
  • Ability to establish lasting and open business relationships
  • Experience in responsibility for the subordinate region, the ability to care for customers and develop cooperation
  • Ability to negotiate and conclude contracts
  • Communication skills, resistance to stress, very good organization of own work
  • Great interpersonal skills, high personal culture, conscientiousness, responsibility
  • High commitment and the ability to effectively plan work
  • Reliability, consistency in action and creativity
  • Knowledge of MS Office package
  • Driving license category B
